Jerry Sauber joined Minnetronix in 2016 and was named Vice President of Operations in 2018. He has 20 years of experience in operations including production engineering, new product introduction, process development, materials management, acquisition integration and site transfers, and international distribution and supply chain management. Jerry has helped bring more than 100 products and assemblies from development into the commercial market and is a named inventor on a patent.

Prior to joining Minnetronix as Director of Production Engineering, Jerry held a variety of Operations management positions at Boston Scientific supporting their Rhythm Management, Cardiovascular, and Neuromodulation product categories. Most recently he served as Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering. While at Boston Scientific, Jerry received multiple awards for value improvement projects and for his leadership of strategic projects in Operations. He began his career as an Engineer and Team Leader for Hutchinson Technology, a Minnesota-based precision electromechanical component and assembly manufacturer. Jerry graduated from the University of Minnesota – Duluth with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
