Randall Ross joined Minnetronix Medical in 2020 as the Vice President of Human Resources and Quality Compliance. In this role, he has responsibility for the strategic direction of the company’s Human Capital including programs focused on talent, leadership development, culture and total rewards. He is also responsible for leadership of the Quality Compliance Team; leading initiatives that drive a high performing, flexible Quality Management System.

Randall had over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources for health care, technology, manufacturing, and retail. He worked as Chief Human Resources Officer at American Medical Systems. He also served as an HR leader at Target, Best Buy, TCF Financial Services, Midwest Dental Services, and G&K Services.

Randall attended the University of Iowa graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology and Human Resource Management. He is a licensed psychologist in the state of Minnesota.
